The Mariners' Chapel is the focal point of the historic docks in Gloucester. The recent redevelopment and enhanced the position and many people now live in what were once warehouses. The docks are a favourite tourist destination and many of the visitors also come to see the Chapel.
There is a small but faithful congregation from various parts of Gloucester who regard the Mariners' as their church. We still seek to communicate the good news of Jesus Christ to those who visit, work in, or live in the Docks.
We are pleased to report that from the beginning of June the Revd Douglas Drane will commence ministry as the Chaplain.
